Safeguarding Adults Review second analysis webinar
This webinar will present the results of the second national analysis of safeguarding adult reviews in England. It will present a detailed analysis of the types of abuse and neglect, and the nature of adult safeguarding concerns as reported in 652 reviews. This analysis will offer both a regional and a national perspective. Some comparisons will be made with the first national analysis. The webinar will then present the findings and recommendations from a stratified sample of 229 safeguarding adult reviews across five domains – direct practice, the team around the person, organisational support for practice, governance and the national context within which adult safeguarding is situated. Finally, some suggestions will be offered for improvement priorities.
